Stephen Terry
A local through and through, Stephen Terry has dedicated over 40 years to serving the Pasadena community. Carrying on the legacy of Stephen Terry Pest Elimination, founded by his father in 1978, Stephen has built a reputation centered around hard work, integrity, and treating people the right way.
His commitment to excellence and strong values has been the driving force behind every business venture he’s pursued, including the founding of Upscale Roofing in 2021.
Known for his leadership and unwavering standards, Stephen has built a team that reflects the same honesty, accountability, and dedication he believes in so strongly.
Whether helping homeowners through difficult situations or mentoring those around him, he leads with experience, compassion, and a genuine passion for serving others.
Outside of work, Stephen enjoys focusing on becoming a better version of himself every day, spending quality time with family, and cheering on Texas A&M football.
He and his incredible wife, Shanda, love slow lazy Sundays surrounded by family, especially when their favorite granddaughter Stevie is around running the show. While he would never officially admit to having a favorite grandchild, everyone in the family already knows Stevie is the light of his life.
Tyler Terry
After building experience in both the nursing and hospitality industries, Tyler Terry found his true passion in business operations, leadership, and client relations. Since joining Upscale Roofing in August of 2022, Tyler has played a major role in the company’s growth and day-to-day operations as the Chief Operating Officer (COO). From overseeing project coordination and financial management to ensuring company standards and core values are upheld, Tyler helps keep every aspect of the business running smoothly and efficiently.
With a strong background in high-volume, fast-paced environments, Tyler brings a detail-oriented and customer-focused mindset to every project. In addition to his role at Upscale Roofing, he is also the COO and co-owner of Supreme Being Health, a wellness and peptide company focused on helping clients improve their overall health and quality of life.
Tyler currently lives in the Heights area of Houston and enjoys spending his free time growing businesses, exploring interior design, staying active, and making memories with friends and family.
Ethan Terry
Since graduating high school in 2021, Ethan Terry has played an instrumental role in the growth and development of Upscale Roofing alongside his family. What began as a vision quickly became a thriving company, and Ethan’s leadership, work ethic, and hands-on experience in the field have helped shape the business into what it is today.
As co-owner, Ethan oversees project management, operations, and customer relations with a strong focus on integrity and accountability. His ability to lead crews, navigate complex insurance restoration projects, and support homeowners during stressful situations has made him an essential part of the company’s success. Known for his calm demeanor and genuine care for both clients and employees, Ethan takes pride in building lasting relationships within the community.
Outside of work, Ethan enjoys spending time with his longtime girlfriend, Audrey, and their beautiful daughter, who arrived in 2023 and quickly became the heart of the family. When he’s not managing projects or helping clients, you can usually find him enjoying soccer, family time, and making memories with the people closest to him.
